  • 1/2 package of Polenta Valsugana Express Yellow
  • 250 g of lettuce
  • 150 g of gorgonzola
  • 150 g of ham in one slice
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • 10 g of lemon juice
  • salt

Preparation

Put a pot of water to boil and add salt. Once the water starts boiling, slowly add the maize flour and mix well. With a wooden spoon, always stir in the same direction while the water is boiling. Cook for 8 minutes.

Spread the polenta in an oiled baking tin. Level the surface and let it cool.

Cut the polenta into thin slices, then into triangles.

Wash the lettuce.

Cut the prosciutto into strips.

Mix the ingredients together to make the seasoning.
