Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Polenta Valsugana Ready-to-Serve
  • herbs (thyme, parsley, marjoram)
  • 125 g of rocket
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of canned tuna
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Slice the polenta into slices, then into cubes.

Season with the polenta cubes with fresh chopped herbs, salt and pepper.

Wash and rinse the rocket leaves.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

In a salad bowl, mix the rocket, the tomatoes and the tuna.

Add the seasoned polenta cubes.

Drizzle with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve.
