Polenta Valsugana Classica is made with yellow maize flour obtained from selected grains.
Serves 4/5: 375 g Polenta Valsugana, 1.5 l water
Serves 2: 180 g Polenta Valsugana, 720 ml water
Bring the water to the boil and add salt to taste.
When the water boils, pour in the flour, stirring well to prevent lumps from forming.
Continue cooking over a moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
After 8 minutes, Polenta Valsugana is ready to be enjoyed.
