Ingredients

  • 500 g of ready-to-serve polenta
  • 800 g of pork stew
  • 150 g of onions
  • ½ cup of red wine
  • one pinch of paprika
  • stock to taste
  • 1 spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of potato flour
  • bay
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Prepare the polenta according to the instructions on the package. Lightly grease the baking pan. Pour with the polenta into the pan and press down. Let them cool.

Nibbles: chop the onion and let it brown in the pan with some oil and two bay leaves. Cut the meat into chunks and add the onion. Brown and drizzle with wine.

When evaporated, combine the tomato sauce, add salt and cook with the lid on, while gradually adding broth (this will take 30-40 minutes).

Sift the potato flour in a tablespoon of cold water. Remove the meat from the pan and add the potato flour and some teaspoons of broth. Allow the sauce to thicken, then add the meat again and mix.

Meanwhile, heat the polenta in the oven. Lay it on the dishes and add the meat and the sauce.
