Ingredients

  • 1/2 package (1 sachet) Polenta Valsugana Ready-to-Serve
  • 400g luganega sausage
  • 1 bunch of herbs (rosemary, bay, sage and thyme)
  • leaves of sage
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • sauce to taste

Preparation

Cut the instant polenta into dices and add salt.

Cut the luganega sausage into rough chunks.

Finely chop the aromatic herbs and sprinkle over the ingredients.

Set aside and leave to rest for 60 minutes.

Skewer a cube of polenta, then a leaf of sage, a chunk of luganega sausage and lastly another cube of polenta.

When finished, drizzle the skewers with olive oil.

Preheat a lightly oiled frying pan, add the skewers and cook until brown on all sides.

Turn often until the skewers are cooked through.

Serve with your favourite sauce.
